  • We recommend 2 bundles or more for 14-16 inch

    3 bundles or more for 18-24 inch

    3-4 bundles 24-26 inch

    4-6 bundles 26-30 inch

    Recommendations are made to obtain the fullest look.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information so you can monitor its delivery status. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

  • We do not cancel or modify orders. However please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and see if there is anything they may can assist you with. We strongly encourage you to review all of your order details before finalizing your payment.

  • We do apologize if you place separate orders we can not combine them together . We recommend placing all items together so you only pay one flat shipping rate.

  • All Sales are Final Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!

  • All RAW extensions including bundles, tape ins, clip ins and wigs are subject to up to 5-7 business days to process (with the exception of ready to ship wig units) your orders and another 3-5 business days to ship.

    Due to our hair coming in so many ranges we keep a limited stock on hand.

    All Luxe Virgin hair extensions take 1-3 days to process and 2-5 business days to ship. Including tape ins, clip ins, lace closures, and bundles.

    Ready to Ship/Wear units take 1-2 business days to process and delivery is from 2-5 days

    If you purchased any products that are accessories with your extensions all items will go out at the same time.


    If you only purchased accessories, merch, hair products:

    T shirts

    Bonnets

    Clips

    Shower caps

    Shampoos

    Hair sprays etc.


    The processing time it 1-2 business days and shipping is 2-5 business days.

    Please note that business days are Monday-Friday and exclude all major holidays.
